HOW I WORK
Therapy that works at the root—body, mind and nervous system. Find out about how I work and my therapy space.
WORKING TOGETHER
I offer integrative therapy that supports adults living with chronic pain, fatigue, burnout, and stress-related conditions—especially when other approaches haven’t worked.
Rather than focusing on just one symptom or diagnosis, I work with the whole person. This means exploring the connections between your physical health, emotions, nervous system, and life story. Most importantly we work together.

MY APPROACH
My approach combines Psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation through mindfulness and lifestyle medicine.
Whether you’re dealing with physical symptoms, emotional overload or long-term stress, our work is about helping you feel more grounded, safe, and in control—from the inside out.
This is not a one-size-fits-all method. Each session is tailored to you and paced with care.

TOOLS I USE …
-
Clinical hypnosis is a therapeutic tool which we use to access your subconscious. You are always in control during hypnosis and it is a safe tool to promote positive change.
-
Mindfulness is a useful tool in therapy to centre awareness and become present, so that we can let go of the past and future and understand their impact on our life, here and now.
-
Somatic therapy is a holistic approach that integrates the mind and body. I use Gestalt therapy alongside other approaches to connect physical, emotional and cognitive spheres.
-
Talking therapy provides a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain insight and develop coping strategies. CBT might be used in this context.
