DR CHRISTINE RIVERS

Therapist. Yogi. Human Being.

Here to help you find your way back to calm, clarity, and strength—on your terms.

You may be living with chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, or stress-related illness—and wondering if anyone truly understands what you’re going through.

I do. Not just professionally, but personally.

About Me

I’m Christine Rivers, an integrative therapist and clinical hypnotherapist who also works as a Professor of Mindfulness and Business. My background bridges science, psychology, and lived experience. I specialise in supporting adults who feel stuck—physically, emotionally, or both—and are ready to stop just coping and start healing.

Through therapy, I help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and feel more grounded, energised, and in control again. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about sustainable change, at a pace that works for you.

You don’t need to figure it all out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Why I Do This Work

For years, I lived with pain that didn’t seem to have a clear cause—and stress that felt constant, even when things were “fine.”
That experience shaped me, and eventually led me here: helping others find their way out of the same cycles of fatigue, burnout, and frustration.

Healing is never linear. It’s not quick. But it is possible—with the right support.

What You Can Expect from Me

Calm presence. Gentle honesty. Deep listening.
Whether you’re dealing with chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or long-term stress, I’ll meet you where you are—with curiosity, not judgment.

This isn’t quick-fix therapy. It’s grounded, integrative support that helps you feel more like you again.

I'm registered with UKCP and CNHC, and committed to ethical, whole-person care. I am fully insured with Balens.

And you?

You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to start.
