WHAT I OFFER

Psychotherapy, Coaching & Psychological Consultancy for Anxiety, Stress and Panic

WORKING TOGETHER

I offer integrative psychotherapy, psychological consultancy and coaching for anxiety, stress and panic disorders.

Rather than focusing on just one symptom or diagnosis, I work with the whole person. Sometimes therapy is a good option to get started but not everyone needs therapy and maybe coaching or psychological consultancy fits better.

PSYCHOTHERAPY

I offer integrative psychotherapy tailored to you, drawing on mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, somatic therapy and talking therapy. This approach supports both mind and body, helping you understand what’s happening, feel more grounded, and gently shift patterns that keep anxiety, panic or stress going. This is a longer-term process, where we work at your pace to create lasting and meaningful change.

Best suited if: you’re experiencing ongoing anxiety, panic or stress and want to understand and change patterns over time.

Cost: £85 for 60 min (Concessions available) please see more info in fees & testimonials

TOOLS I USE …

COACHING

Coaching offers a focused, forward-looking space to explore goals, decisions and personal or professional challenges. It can help you gain clarity, build confidence and move towards meaningful change in a way that feels structured and supportive. Coaching can be a single session or short-term work, depending on what you need.

Best suited if: you’re looking for clarity, direction or support with a specific situation, either in a single session or short-term work.

Cost: £75 for 50 min

PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTANCY

Psychological consultancy is a structured, short-term approach designed to support focused change. It usually involves two 60-minute sessions, an initial session to explore your situation and agree a clear direction, followed by a second session after four to six weeks. In between, you work independently with guidance, reflecting on your experience and tracking progress. This approach is practical, reflective and focused on understanding patterns and supporting meaningful behavioural change.

Best suited if: you want a practical, time-limited approach to work through a specific issue and create change between sessions.

Cost: £220 for 2 × 60 min and progress tracking in between sessions
